Windows 10 pro 64-bit explorer.exe crashes randomly

I used Windows 7 pro have upgraded my pc to Windows 10 pro 64-bit

I used Windows 7 pro 64-bit, but recently upgraded to Windows 10 pro 64-bit. I have facing many issues in Windows 7 since years, explorer.exe randomly crashes. I tried lots of solutions to fix it, systematically removing installed applications, run memtest86 also replacing some hardware component. I turned on crash dump & tried to analyze that things but nothing happen.

After upgrading to Windows 10 pro 64-bit, it is still happening and its seems more quick then before. Internet Explorer shut down and relauch. Crashes has probably happened between 10 to 20 times total since installing windows 10. It always crashes with below code:
