Use more virtual cds at once

Tech Advice:1

Windows vista allows you to use ISO by using certain programs.

One of them, the best one, is VCD (Virtual Clone Drive).

It doesn’t only allow you to make use of one ISO, but of numerous; in fact you can mount as many as you need all at once.

Unlike other Vista or XP virtual cd applications, mounting an image in Clone Drive is brought to the next level.

All you have to do is select it and click and all is done, you have your virtual cd inserted and ready to use.

In Clone Drive, under Setting tab, right next to the icon you cand see the setting for no. of drives.

There you can disable it, witch means you have zero virtual drives, or you can choose from the drop menu how many you intend to use.

Use the virtual drives as if they were actual cd-roms, the only difference being that you don’t insert the cd manually.

Right clicking and choosing Mount should do it.

Keep in mind that if you are using Vista on 64 bits, unfortunately this application won’t work, it doesn’t yet have a version for 64 bits.
