Step 1
Remove and reinstall the printer driver.
For this follow these steps
↣ Click on Start >> Setting >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs.
↣ On the Install/Uninstall tab, click the item listed for your printer and then click Add/Remove.
↣ Click on Start >> Settings >> Printers.
↣ Right click on the printer, and then click Delete.
↣ Double-click Add Printer to start the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next.
↣ Click on add a local printer >> next
↣ Now choose the type of connection from the scroll down list between your printer and your PC.
↣ Click on Next.
↣ Select the printer manufacturer and the model from the list.
↣ Click next
↣ If printer is not in the list,
↣ Insert the CD (Disk) that came with the printer and click Have Disk.
↣ Click next
↣ Enter the name of the computer and click next
↣ Click on print a test page >> click finish
Step 2
↣ To Specify different spool settings for the printer , follow these steps
↣ Click Start >> Settings >> Printers.
↣ Right click on the printer >> Properties.
↣ On the Details tab click on Spool Settings.
↣ Click on Start print job so program finishes printing faster
↣ click on Start printing after last page is spooled and then click OK.
↣ Restart your computer.
↣ start Internet Explorer, and then attempt to print a Web page.
↣ If this does not solve the problem
↣ then follow these steps
↣ Click Start >> Settings >> Printers.
↣ Right click on the printer >> Properties.
↣ On the Details tab click on Spool Settings.
↣ click Print directly to the printer
↣ click OK.
Restart your computer.
