My Start menu is not working neither search bar, also the clock is missing on my windows 10. How to do fix it buddy?

Step 1
Look for updates and security
↣ Press windows key + R and type ms-settings.
↣ Then select OK to open settings.
↣ Choose Update & Security then choose windows update.
↣ Select Check for updates.
↣ Install available update and restart your PC.
Step 2
Powershell Method
↣ Go to start and right click>>Select Command Prompt.
↣ After the command Prompt is open Type Powershell and Enter.
↣ Then Type – Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$(_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
You will see too many codes but this command will make your start menu on windows 10 functional again.
Step 3
Create a new administer account.
↣ Press windows + R
↣ Type ms-settings and then press OK.
↣ Go to accounts>>Family and other people.
↣ Select the option “Add someone else to this PC.
↣ Provide a name for the user and select next.
↣ Set a username password and hint the press next>>finish.
