Winword.exe| Runtime error on Attachments
↣ Please Close all your programs.
↣ Then go to Start >> Search
↣ Please then type the following without quotation marks ‘normal.dot’
↣ Please then Select this file when found >>and rename it to ‘oldnormal.dot’
↣ Please then restart Word – does it open up?
↣ Please note that normal.dot is a hidden file so you may need to change the settings in Windows Explorer so that you can view hidden files – Start Windows Explorer – click Tools – Folder options – click the View tab – and select ‘Show hidden files and folders’)

↣ Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows the following steps may be different on your computer. If they see your product documentation to complete these steps.
↣ Click On Start Menu & then Click Control Panel.
↣ Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
↣ Click Works in Word Suite Add-in and then Click Change/Remove.
↣ Click OK to confirm the removal.
↣ Click Close.
