Solution
↣ Connect your Phone to your computer via USB Cable
↣ Turn On Developer Options of your Android Smartphone for turning on Developer option go to settings & tap 7 times on the Build Number in the About phone section,
↣ Enable the USB debugging option of your smartphone.
↣ Make sure that you take a backup of your files. Because it will completely delete from the device.
↣ Boot your smartphone via Bootloader mode. you can also do this on your phone by pressing the power button and volume down key together.
↣ Open CMD prompt on your computer with admin rights & start ADB.
↣ Make sure that your PC & smartphone are communicating properly by typing the Fastboot devices in your cmd prompt window. After that, you will see that your smartphone serial number listed.
↣ Now ready the factory image you were downloaded earlier. Use 7zip software to unzip .tgz file you download. after that gain extract the .tar file. That you extract from .tgz. After the unzip folder will create with several files.
↣ Now copy all the files & paste in the platforms tools folder in the Android SDK folder on your desktop. After that, the files you paste will available in the Program Files (x86) on windows.
↣ Two flash files are there. user has to click on one file with having gear logo sign & says Windows batch File at the right side.
↣ A Box Pop up & then see the installations taking place. While this is happening don’t unplug the device for any reason.
↣ After the installation complete, your android will reboot automatically to Android 9.
