Try this Method to Stop Windows from automatically rebooting after a Windows Update

 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Run Button
 In the Open Box type regedit & then Press Enter

Caution : Incorrect Registry Editing can cause serious problems.

 Find the path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Policies >> Microsoft >> Windows >> WindowsUpdate >> AU using the folders on the left pane.
 Once you have located this path look for an entry called NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers.
 If you see this entry listed then skip the next step.

Add the entry NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers by right clicking an open area below the listed

 entries and then select NEW >> DWORD value.
 Type in NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers and press Enter.
 Set the value of the NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers entry to 1 by double clicking the
 NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers entry and entering a 1 in the Value data field.
 Click OK. and Close the Registry Editor and Restart Windows for the changes to take effect
