Fix Error Fall Creators update installing very slow

I installed Windows 10 pro on my pc after fall creator bug. I am not able to save/recover/ get out of GSOD/BSOD loop.  I am still working on Dual Xeon workstation & using standard Windows creating hub.

I am trying to install X-RITE I1 pro profiler, brother printer drivers and Marvell MSU v4 also hanging.

On clean install Edge is also very slow and would not let me install Google Chrome.
