Winsock problem on Vista

Tech Advise:1
Internet might stop working if the winsock file gets corrupt.
Please do the folloing to fix the problem on Vista
Click on Start Menu >> Run >> Type CMD & then Enter
Type >> netsh winsock reset
Enter >> Reboot
