Try this method to found tabs in Display Properties
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Run Button
↣ In the Open Box type regedit & then press Enter
Caution : Incorrect Registry Editing can cause serious problems.

↣ HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows >> CurrentVersion >> Policies >> System
If there is a DWoRD Value such NoDispScrSavPage with a data value of 1
This will disable the screen saver tab.
Change the value to 0 or delete it to see the tab again.
