Click on Start >> Search >> click on Files or Folders option .

 In the Search for files or folders named box, type iepeers.dll.

 Type iepeers.old, and press ENTER.

 Browse to your c\Windows\System folder and click OK.
 Click OK to extract the file.

 And click OK to close the System Configuration Utility dialog box.
 Register the Iepeers.dll file
 Click Start and then click Run.
 In the Open box,
 Type regsvr32 iepeers.dll,
 Click OK.

Restart your computer.
