Step.1
↣ Temporarily disable Sleep Mode.
↣ Click On Start menu >> Click On Control Panel
↣ Click Power Options icon >> Click Change plan settings under current Preferred plans
↣ select Never option beside Put the computer to sleep & Click Save changes
Step.2
↣ Verify network adapter power settings
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Start search bar
↣ In the open box type devmgmt.msc & press Enter.
↣ Expand Network Adapter
↣ Right click the network adapter & click Properties.
↣ Click the Power Management Tab
↣ Disable the two options:
↣ Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
↣ Allow this device to wake the computer.
Step.3
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Start search bar
↣ In the open box type cmd & press Enter.
↣ In the open command window input the following command and press Enter Key after it.
↣ Ipconfig /all >C:\pingresult.txt
↣ After that open Computer & navigate to C:\ folder to find the pingresult.txt
↣ You will see result there \r
