Try this method to see Network Connections

Click on start Menu >> Click On Run Button
In the Open Box type Regedit and click OK
Caution : Incorrect Registry Editing can cause serious problems.
 Please be careful while editing the registry or contact our support team to fix it remotely
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Control Panel >> doesn’t load
 Delete ncpa.cpl on the right side.
 Close the registry editor and now you should have the Network Connections option listed in the Control Panel.
