Please do the following steps to fix the problem
↣ First Connect your nertwork by Connecting network
↣ Click on Start >> Click on Run
↣ Type in The Run Box
↣ CMD
↣ Ok
↣ Now Type In the CMD Box
↣ Type following in 3 steps After every step use ENTER bUtton.
↣ Type IPCONFIG/ALL then ENTER
↣ Type IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS then ENTER
↣ Type EXIT then ENTER

↣ Reset internet explorer and register all .dll files.
↣ Scan with malware byte delete all infected entry.

↣ Go to Settings where the Start is at the bottom left & select Network Connections.
↣ Find Wireless Network Connection.
↣ Right mouse clicks on it & go to Properties.
↣ Highlight on the Internet Protocol TCP/IP & click on Properties.
↣ At IP address change the last digit of the IP address.
↣ Chose a higher number.
↣ Chances are the lower numbers are all taken.
↣ Click Ok and exit out of all the settings.
↣ Now try to open your internet browser again.
