Try this method to Set Yahoo Mail as your default email program
↣ After installed Yahoo Messenger
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Control Panel
↣ Double-click on Internet Options >> Click on the Program tab
↣ Select Yahoo Mail from the drop down list & then Click Ok
↣ Exit Control Panel
NOTE: But this procedure DOES NOT work with Windows Vista computers
