I am working on QuickBooks Desktop pro-2019. I recently installed and update it. But when I try to export reports to excel it showing me error “your system may not have enough memory space”. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Reason of QuickBooks Unable to export the report to Excel:

  • Microsoft Excel damaged files.
  • Might be your QuickBooks software has been damaged.
  • The file registry is not working properly.

How to Fix error of Quickbooks unable to export the excel?

Solution 1:

  • Open QuickBooks > click on Edit > then Preferences
  • Click on Payroll & employees choose from Company preferences tab
  • Press Full payroll option
  • Create Demo Employee
  • From Paycheck/paycheque, pay the demo employee
  • Try to import
  • If you don’t want to overwrite existing payroll information create a new QuickBooks Online account.

Solution 2:

  • Close QuickBooks desktop
  • Create a duplicate of the company file.
  • Open QuickBooks desktop
  • Click on file then click on Open restore company option
  • Open the duplicate file which you have created.
  • When the file opened, try to attempt the export process.

Solution 3

  • Close QuickBooks desktop
  • Click on the Taskbar > go to Start Task Manager
  • Hit Process tab in Task Manager window, end QBW32.exe process
  • Add https://*.intuit.com in your browser-trusted sites zone option

*Click on the gearbox option in browser internet explorer.
* Select internet option
*click on the security tab then click on trusted site icon
*click on sites tab and in the list of trusted sites add https://*.intuit.com
*Close

  • Close the browser too
  • Try to import again

Solution 4

  • Login to your QuickBooks online account
  • Click on Gearbox icon > then go to company settings
  • In Contact Info field filled your business information
  • Check Legal address, customer address and company address
  • Press Save > Done

And try to import again in QuickBooks Desktop.

Solution 5

  • Login into QuickBooks Desktop
  • Click on the gearbox option from the upper right side
  • Choose company settings click on Advanced from the left
  • Choose Automatically apply for credits.
  • Save

Solution 6

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on Internet options from the gearbox menu
  • Go to the Security tab
  • Select Trusted sites icon
  • Enable protected mode option mst be unchecked
  • Set security level to Low
  • Hit Sites tab
  • And add https://*.intuit.com
  • Close
