Try this method to fix Non-System disk or disk error
For Windows XP
↣ First check floppy drive and CD / DVD drive there should be no disk drive inside
↣ It when you are starting your computer
↣ After that please use a bootable Windows XP setup CD & boot the computer with bootable CD
↣ Press R & Run Recovery setup
↣ This will boot the computer in recovery mode.
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Run Button
↣ In the Open Box type fixmbr & press y to confirm & then press enter.
↣ This will resolve the Master Boot Record.
For Windows Vista
↣ Insert vista DVD in disk-drive to Boot windows
↣ Click On Options which allow Repair your computer.
↣ Select the operation system & click next.
↣ click command prompt in System recovery options
↣ Type Bootrec /RebuildBcd & then press ENTER.
↣ Restart your computer after it Completed
NOTE: If the Bootrec.exe tool cannot locate any missing Windows installations
Type the following commands in the order from top to bottom.
↣ Bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup and press enter
↣ ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old and press enter
↣ Bootrec /rebuildbcd and press enter
