How To Enable Task Manager
Tech Advise:1
↣ Click on Start Menu >> Run.
↣ Type in regedit & Enter.
↣ Search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System.
↣ Look for: DisableTaskMgr. Click on REG_DWORD. Value: 1=Enable this key (disables TaskManager); Value: 0=Disable (actually enables TaskManager)
↣ Close Regedit
↣ Reboot your machine.
Tech Advise:2
↣ Click On Start >> Run
↣ Enter gpedit.msc in the Open box and click OK
↣ In the Group Policy settings window
↣ Select User Configuration
↣ Select Administrative Templates
↣ Select System
↣ Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
↣ Select Remove Task Manager
↣ Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.

↣ Click On Start Menu>>Run
↣ Type REGEDIT
↣ Click OK The Registry Editor will now open
↣ Browse to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system
↣ In the right pane look for the value: DisableTaskMgr
↣ Right click DisableTaskMgr and select Delete. (When prompted with “Are you sure you want to delete this value”, select Yes.
Now browse to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
↣ In the right pane look for the value: DisableTaskMgrRight click DisableTaskMgr and select Delete. (When prompted with “Are you sure you want to delete this value”, select Yes.
↣ Close the Registry by choosing File | Exit
↣ You should now be able to access Task Manager.
↣ If not reboot into Safe Mode and repeat the steps outlined above.
