Change Network Printer Properties
Try this method to Change the Network Printer properties or manage the print queue
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Control Panel
↣ Click On Hardware and Sound >> Click On Printers
↣ Right-Click On printer >> Click On Run as administrator Click On Options
↣ If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation
↣ Type the password or provide confirmation
↣ To change the printer properties or manage without login
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Control Panel
↣ Click On Hardware and Sound >> Click On Printers
↣ Right-Click On printer >> Click On Run as administrator
↣ Click On Security tab >> Click On user name & then under Allow Click On Manage printers & Manage documents checkboxes.
