Hiding windows Vista welcome screen might be a very simple task for most of you but still there are others that are not aware of this simple trick.
In order to hide the Windows Vista welcome screen, there is a small check box on the lower left corner of the welcome screen.
Uncheck the check box to prevent the welcome screen from appearing again.
In order to restore the Windows Vista welcome screen: go to Control Panel > System & Maintenance.
You can also type “welcome” in the start menu search box.
