Step 1
↣ Click On Start Menu >> point to Programs
↣ Click On Administrative Tools & then click Services
↣ Double-click Microsoft Exchange POP3
↣ In the Startup-type box click Automatic >> click Apply & then click Start
↣ In the Services console double-click Microsoft Exchange IMAP4
↣ In the Startup-type box click Automatic >> Click Apply & then click Start
↣ Close the Services console.
↣ Click on Start Menu & then click Server Management
↣ In the left pane expand To Do List
↣ In the right pane click Connect to the Internet
↣ After the Configure E-mail & Internet Connection Wizard starts
↣ follow the instructions until you reach the Firewall page
↣ Click Enable Firewall & then click Next Click Add
↣ Type Microsoft Exchange POP3 in the Service name box click TCP in the Protocol box
↣ In the Open box type 110 in the Port box & then click OK
↣ On the Services Configuration page click Add again
↣ Type Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 in the Service name box
↣ Click TCP in the Protocol box type 143 in the Port box & then click OK.
↣ Click Next & then complete the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard.
Step 2
↣ Verify your account settings
↣ Please Create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook 2003
↣ Click On Start Menu & then click Run Button.
↣ Copy and paste the following command in the Open box & then press ENTER
↣ Control panel If you are in Classic View double-click Mail
↣ The Mail Setup dialog box opens
↣ If you are in Category View under Control Panel
↣ click Switch to Classic View & then double-click Mail
↣ The Mail Setup dialog box opens
↣ In the Mail Setup dialog box Click Show Profiles
↣ On the General tab under When starting
↣ Microsoft Office Outlook use this profile
↣ Click Prompt for a profile to be used & then click Add
↣ In the Profile Name box type the name that
↣ you want to use for the new e-mail profile & then click OK
↣ In the E-mail Accounts dialog box click Add a new e-mail account & then click Next
↣ Click the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account & then click Next
↣ Type your account information in the required boxes & then click Next
↣ Click Finish & then click OK.
