Tech Advice 1

Have you ever wanted to disable this item?  It can be locked at 1st by just using the combination Windows+L either using XP or Vista.
It has no limits as far as those items go on operating systems.  It can actually be disabled with a registry edit hack.  It seems there is nothing that a registry edit hack can’t do.

Manual Registry Hack

Pretty simple, just open up regedit through the start menu search box.  You must then browse to the key if it exists, if not, then create it.
 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Look on the right-hand side.  What you need to do next is create a new DWORD and just name it DisableLockWorkstation and giving it these values below.
 1-Disable Lock Station
 0-Enable Lock Station

There is no need to do anything.  The changes will take effect right away.
