How to Delete hidden user

Tech Advise:1

↣ Click On Start Menu.
↣ Click Run.
↣ Type: notepad.exe C:\windows\inf\sysoc.inf
↣ This will bring up a hidden inf file in notepad.
↣ In notepad click Edit on the toolbar.
↣ Click Replace.
↣ In the Find What text area type HIDE
↣ Leave the Replace With text area blank.
↣ Click Replace All.
↣ Exit out of the Replace window.
↣ Save the file.

Tech Advise:2

↣ It happend after uninstalling postgres exactly for upgrade.
↣ I solved the problem.

My user had no password  after changing the password the sudo worked fine.
