Please do the following steps to fix the problem
Step 1
↣ The file must not be open in any other program
↣ To close the program with the attachment openSave any changes
↣ close the application in which the file was opened
Then try to send your e-mail again
Step 2
↣ Click On the Outlook express icon
↣ Click on the Tools in the menu bar & then click on the Accounts option
↣ Under Mail tab high lighten the account
↣ you want to use and click on the Properties button
↣ Under the Advanced tab uncheck the option break apart messages over 60kb
