Try this method to create recurring meeting Microsoft Outlook 2007

 Click On Microsoft Outlook 2007 icon
 Click on the Calender in the navigation pane
 In the menu bar Click on the File  >> Click on the New & then Click on Meeting Request
 In the Option section Under Meetings  Click on Recurrence
 Appointment recurrence window will appear
 Set the options according to your need & Click Ok

Fill Subject & Location Fields and save it.
