 Exchange Server organization. Exchange Server is attempting to access the custom recipient before accessing your mailbox.

 On the Tools menu in outlook Express Click Options and then click the Delegates tab.
 In the list, click the delegate’s name, and then click Permissions.
 On the Tools menu in Outlook Express click Accounts

 It will Open up several tabs
 Select any listed mail account
 The properties will have a Servers tab with the Log on option.
 Select Clear Text option
