 In the open box  type Appwiz.cpl & Clikc Ok  then click Appwiz.cpl  in the Programs list.
 If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation type the password
 Or click Continue.
 Click View installed updates.
 Click the service pack that you want to uninstall & then click Uninstall.
 Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the uninstall process.

 In the Command Prompt type C:\temp\Windows6.0-KB936330-X86.exe /x:C:\temp

Step 2

 You have to create a sandbox environment before you can continue to step 3.
 This helps you safely run an untrusted program.
 To create a sandbox, type md sandbox.

Step 3

 Type in Command Prompt Start /w pkgmgr.exe /m:c:\temp\Windows6.0-KB936330-X86.cab /up /s:sandbox

Step 4

 After Pkgmgr.exe finishes you are prompted to restart the computer to complete the uninstall process.
