↣ In the Search menu type cmd rightclick cmd.exe & click run as administrator
↣ Input the following command and press Enter sfc /scan now
Step.3
↣ Enable builtin admin account
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search Menu
↣ In the Search menu type cmd rightclick cmd.exe & click run as administrator
↣ net user administrator /active:yes
↣ Log off and log on the Administrator account.
↣ If the issue persists, you can disable autorestart
↣ Disable autorestart
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search box
↣ Type in search box SYSDM.CPL & then press Enter
↣ Click On the Advanced tab >> click On Settings button under Startup and Recovery
↣ Uncheck the Automatically restarts box
↣ & then Click Ok .
