 In the Search menu type cmd right­click cmd.exe & click run as administrator
 net user administrator /active:yes
 Log off and log on the Administrator account.
 If the issue persists, you can disable auto­restart
 Disable auto­restart
 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search box
 Type in search box SYSDM.CPL & then press Enter
 Click On the Advanced tab >> click On Settings button under Startup and Recovery
 Uncheck the Automatically restarts box
 & then Click Ok .
