Step.1
↣ Check the compatibility of Outlook.exe file
↣ Right click On Outlook.exe >> Click On Properties
↣ Click On Compatibility check Run this program in compatibility mode
↣ For & Click On Windows 7 mode
↣ & then run the file as administrator to see if it works
Step.2
↣ Open Registry Editor
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Run Button
↣ In the Open Box type regedit & then press Enter
↣ Caution : Incorrect Registry Editing can cause serious problems.
↣ Please be careful while editing registry or contact our supoprt team to fix it remotely
↣ Locate one of the following registry keys as appropriate for the version of Microsoft
↣ Windows that you are using
HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows NT >> CurrentVersion >> Windows
↣ Messaging Subsystem
↣ Delete the Profiles key under the Windows Messaging Subsystem key
↣ To do this
↣ Right-click On Profiles >> Click On Delete
↣ Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
↣ Exit Registry Editor & then restart Outlook
