Please do the following steps to fix the problem
↣ Click on Start Menu >> Click on Settings >> Click on Control Panel
↣ Click on your System Icon >> Click on the PERFORMANCE tab
↣ Then Click on GRAPHICS at the bottom
↣ Change it to half or less & click OK
If the problem still exists, do the following:
↣ Contact your hardware provider and have them assist you in downloading and installing the most current drivers for both your sound and video cards.
↣ Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to download and install the latest patches and service packs for your version of Microsoft Windows.
