Step.1
- Right click on the speaker icon at the bottom right
- Click On Playback Devices
- Highlight the icon with the green check mark
- Click Properties >> Click the Advanced tap
- Uncheck Enable audio enhancements
Step.2
- Please try to uninstall the drivers for the sound from the device manager & reinstall the drivers
- Click On Start Menu >> Click On search box
- In the Search Box type Device Manager >> expand Sound, Video & Game Controllers
- Right click on the audio device >> click On Properties
- Click on Driver tab >> click on Uninstall
- & then Restart the Computer
