How to fix Printer Spooler Problem

If your printer is a USB printer then do the following:
↣ First of all please remove the USB Cable from your PC completely.
↣ Restart your PC without connecting USB cable back to your PC.
↣ When PC boot up properly then fist install Software or drivers for your USB device (Wireless Mouse or any other USB device).
↣ After doing the installation or updation if it asks for Restart then go ahead and REBOOT your PC else close all the running programs and ShutDown your PC manually.
↣ Now connect the USB Cable into the USB Jack from both ends and start your PC.
↣ Your PC will automatically accept this USB Hardware driver.
↣ After doing above steps please reboot your PC finally and let us know the result.

To sort out this issue do the following:
First of all please remove the USB Cable from both sides and then remove or uninstall all USB controllers, please follow the steps:
↣ Click on Start Menu & click Control Panel & then click Performance and Maintenance.
↣ Click System & then click the Hardware tab.
↣ Click the Device Manager button.
↣ Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
↣ Right-click on every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
↣ After performing the above steps, Restart your PC without connecting USB cable back from both ends.
↣ When PC boot up properly then first install all USB controller Softwares or drivers for your USB device Wireless Mouse or any other USB device.
↣ After doing the installation or updation if it asks for Restart then go ahead and REBOOT your PC else close all the running programs and ShutDown your PC manually.
↣ Now connect the USB Cable into the USB Jack from both ends and start your PC.
↣ Your PC will automatically accept this USB Hardware driver.

Please do the following steps to fix the problem
↣ Go to System Properties >> Advanced
↣ Select Performance >> Settings
↣ Select Data Execution Prevention
↣ Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select
↣ Click Add
↣ Paste this in to the file name box of the window that opens
↣ C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe
↣ Select Open
↣ Select OK when you receive the warning
↣ Select Apply
