↣ Please try the following.
↣ Please close Outlook Express complete if necessary please print this email or save into word or notepad file
↣ Please go to Start search and type the following without quotation marks
↣ ‘Inbox.dbx’
↣ When you find file, please select it and rename it to the following ‘oldInbox.dbx’
↣ Please then start Outlook and send an email. Does it get added to Sent Items?
↣ Please note that Inbox.dbx is a hidden file so you may need to change the settings in Windows Explorer so that you can view hidden files
↣ Start Windows Explorer >> click Tools >> Folder options – Click the View tab & then select ‘Show hidden files and folders
