Try this method to Download Files through Internet Explorer
↣ Click on Internet Explorer to open
↣ Click on Tools >> Click on Internet Options
↣ On the General tab under Temporary Internet Files >> Click on Delete Files
↣ When it asks if you want to delete the files
↣ Click Ok
↣ Click Clear History In History section on the General tab then click Ok
↣ Close Internet Explorer
↣ Log off the current user and Log onto another user account such as Administrator
↣ Click on Start Menu >> Click On Run Button
↣ In the Open Box type CMD & then Press Enter
Change directories to the Temporary Internet Files directory by typing
↣ cd drive:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
↣ Type del index.dat & then press Enter
↣ Type Exit & press Enter to close the command prompt
↣ Reboot your computer
