Step.1

 Run Internet Explorer with No Add-ons
 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Start Search box copy and paste Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) & then press Enter
 Change the cookie settings.

Step.2

 Reset Internet Explorer
 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Internet Explorer menu,
 Click on Tools >> Internet Options
 Click On Advanced tab >> Click On Reset
 Click On Rese In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings window
 Click On OK Button
 & then Close Internet Explorer & restart Internet Explorer

Step.3

 Start Windows in Clean Boot mode
 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Start Search box type msconfig without quotation marks & then press Enter
 Switch to Services tab & then Check Hide All Microsoft Services
 Click Disable All >> Switch to the Startup tab & then Click Disable all
 Click OK.& then Restart the computer

Step.4

 Click On Start Menu >> Click On Internet-Explorer
 Click On tool >> Click On Internet Options
 Click On Security TAB & un-check the box that says Enable Protected Mode
 After you disable the Enable Protected Mode
 click On APPLY & then Click On OK Button

 Back up your files and folders
 Create a restore point so that you can restore to an earlier date if required
