↣ Click on Start >> Run
↣ Type Regedit >> local >>System
↣ Current control >> control >> sesion manger >> memory manage >> prefetch parameter>> enable prfetcher
Right Click modify >> change value to 5

↣ Click on Start Menu >>Control Panel
↣ Administrative Tools then Services.
↣ Go to the Services tab find the Background Intelligent Transfer service.
Disable it apply the changes & reboot.
