↣ Click On Outlook >> Click On tools & then select rules and alerts
↣ Click on new rule & choose to start from a blank rule
↣ Click On check Email address when they arrive & then Click on next
↣ Click On Next Button without selecting any options
↣ Skip the first Rules Wizard window
↣ On the next Rules Wizard window Select to move all emails into a folder
For doing this check the option to move it to the specified folder
↣ Click on the link named specified & browse/select the folder
↣ Click on New & Create a new folder named Unwanted Emails & Click next
↣ Click on the link named specified & then select the desired Address Book
↣ Click the Address Book & Click on Add & then Click Next
↣ Enter a name for your new rule make sure the rule will be turned on
↣ Click on Finish Button
To exit the Rules and Alerts window Click OK Button.
