Please do the following steps to fix the problem
Step 1
↣ Caution: Incorrect Registry Editing can cause serious problems. Please be careful while editing the registry or contact any person who knows computers better.
↣ Click on Start Menu >> Click the Run Button >>
↣ Type Regedit in the open space and click ok. Locate and delete Conficker.E registry entries

↣ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\[RANDOM CHARACTERS]\Parameters\”ServiceDll” = “[PATH TO SECURITY RISK]”
