Please follow this steps to fix  0x80040119

Step 1

 Show hidden files in Windows Vista
 Click On Start Menu  >> Click On Start Search box In the open box type control & press ENTER
 Click Appearance & Personalization
 Click Folder Options
 Click the View tab
 Under Advanced Settings
 Click Show hidden files & folders >> Click OK.

Step 2

 First  Exit Outlook
 Find the Outlook .pst file
 Click On Start Menu Click On Start Search box  In the open box type control  & press ENTER
 If you see Control Panel Home view Click User Accounts & Family Safety
 Click Mail >> Click Data Files
 Click Personal Folders & then Click Settings
 Note the text in the Filename box
 Click OK  & then click Close two times

Step 3

 Find the Inbox Repair Tool
 Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
 Click on the start Button >>> Click My Computer >>>
 Double Click Drive:C >>> Double Click Program Files>>>
 Microsoft Office>>>Office12
 Find SCANPST.EXE  & then double-click to start the Inbox Repair Tool.
