Step 1
↣ Show hidden files in Windows Vista
↣ Click On Start Menu >> Click On Start Search box In the open box type control & press ENTER
↣ Click Appearance & Personalization
↣ Click Folder Options
↣ Click the View tab
↣ Under Advanced Settings
↣ Click Show hidden files & folders >> Click OK.
Step 2
↣ First Exit Outlook
↣ Find the Outlook .pst file
↣ Click On Start Menu Click On Start Search box In the open box type control & press ENTER
↣ If you see Control Panel Home view Click User Accounts & Family Safety
↣ Click Mail >> Click Data Files
↣ Click Personal Folders & then Click Settings
↣ Note the text in the Filename box
↣ Click OK & then click Close two times

↣ Find the Inbox Repair Tool
↣ Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
↣ Click on the start Button >>> Click My Computer >>>
↣ Double Click Drive:C >>> Double Click Program Files>>>
↣ Microsoft Office>>>Office12
↣ Find SCANPST.EXE & then double-click to start the Inbox Repair Tool.
