Tech Advice 1

You are in the middle of something and suddenly the Windows Update Automatic reboot window comes up.
Grrrh, what the hell is that? This might be the first reaction for most of us and you can postpone the window for maximum 4 hrs. but after that the window will appear again.

Don’t worry; I have a solution to this problem that will disable this window temporarily.
The faster way is to stop the windows update service from running.
In order to stop the Windows update service, go to command prompt by typing “cmd” in the run window. Make sure that you have administrator rights to perform this task.
You can also use the search box and type “cmd” there

Once the command prompt window appears, type the following:
 net stop “windows update”

This way the Windows update service will stop temporarily and after you restart the computer everything will return back to normal.
