How to Fix unable to receive emails
Try this method to receive email
↣ Sign in to your Windows Live Hotmail account
↣ In the upper-right corner of the page
↣ Click Options & then click More options
↣ Under Customize your mail
↣ Click on Automatically sort e-mail into folders
↣ Click on the New filter to Create a new filter
↣ Follow the on-screen instructions to specify
↣ which messages you want to filter & where you want to filter them & then click Save.
