The printer reprints the pages that causes the paper jam in the Printer.

↣ Try this method to fix paper jam problem in printer.
↣ First take out the tray & then clear any jams.
↣ Open the front cover & then remove the toner cartridge assembly.
↣ Remove any jams in the back side of  the toner cartridge assembly.
↣ Lift the flap at the front of the printer.
↣ Remove any jams beneath the flap
↣ & then Open the rear flap & remove any jams from there if any.
↣ Reinstall the toner cartridge assembly & then close the front and rear covers
↣ Replace the paper trays from the printer
↣ Ensure that they are closed & then press the Continue button to resume printing.  |
