Fix black screen problem on iPhone X

My iPhone screen turns to black and it stuck. I am unable to power on or off. Can anyone help me?

There are 2 ways to resolve this error. Follow the below steps to fix this.

Update iPhone X in Recovery mode

Steps for update iPhone X

↣ Connect your iPhone with your PC iTunes.
↣ Open iTunes in your PC.
↣ Press the increase volume button to force start the device, then press the decrease volume button to end hold side button until the phone goes into recovery mode.
↣ In this, you see 2 options
↣ Press the “update” option.

Solution 2

Do Factory reset iPhone X in Recovery mode

↣ Connect your iPhone with your PC iTunes.
↣ Open iTunes on PC.
↣ Press volume up button and then press the volume down button until also hold phone side buttons until the phone turns to recovery mode.
↣ In this screen, you will see 2 options there – Update & Reset
↣ Press the “Reset” button.
↣This will clean all the cache and your iPhone comes in the factory default setting mode.
