How to Fix Error 0x0000007E After SP3 is installed

↣ Restart Computer >> Press F8 key >> Choose safe mode on Startup Menu >> Click Start Button >> Press Run >> Type regedit in the open space >> Press Enter
↣ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SYSTEM >> CurrentControlSet >> Services >> Intelppm

↣ Find the entry titled START in the right hand side column and double-click on it
↣ Change the number to 4 and click Ok

↣ Close the Registry Editor
↣ Shut down your computer and restart

The computer will restart normally and finish the installation of SP.
