Step 1
For Windows XP:
↣ If hyperlinks are still not working, Please follow this
↣ Click on start Menu >> My Computer >> Click on folder option on Tools menu
↣ Click on files type Tab
↣ Select URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocol in the list of registered file types.
↣ Click on Advanced button (XP) or the edit button other versions
↣ In the list of Actions select open & then click the Edit button.
↣ The Application used to perform action box should contain this, including quotation marks:
↣ “C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” -nohome
↣ If instead it contains a short name version of that path, or an incorrect path, change it to the above. Click OK.
↣ Repeat steps for the file type URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocol with Privacy.
↣ Click OK to close the Folder Options window.
↣ To resolve this problem in Internet Explorer, register the below DLL
↣ Close all programs running
↣ Click on start >> Click on run In the Open Box Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll Click ok
↣ Click on when you see “DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded” message
If still no good then similar;y register below files as well
↣ Actxprxy.dll
↣ Oleaut32.dll
↣ Mshtml.dll
↣ Browseui.dll
↣ Shell32.dll
↣ Shdocvw.dll
