↣ From the leftpane navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software >> Microsoft >> SQMClient >> Windows >> DisabledSessions.
↣ In the rightpane, Locate the keyword MachineThrottling & delete or rename the entry to fix the issue.
↣ then Restart the computer,
